We understand that health plans need a compliant online enrollment solution that’s easy to use. That’s why we developed MarketProminence Web Portals to meet the needs of the various types of users who need to apply for benefits online. MarketProminence Web Portals provide a mobile solution for quickly processing enrollment applications, while ensuring ease of use for the applicants and compliance with changing CMS requirements. Web Portal options:

  • Provide quick access to simple online enrollment form
  • Allow prospective members to apply for benefits online
  • Provide users the status of applications submitted online
  • Eliminate the need to train enrollment staff on full system functionality
  • Provide an option for brokers and other sales consultants to submit online enrollment applications

Application Portal

The Application Portal is useful for temporary health plan enrollment staff, independent insurance brokers, and/or other sales staff who enter benefit enrollment applications. This portal option allows users to access a simple-to-use online enrollment form. Once completed, clicking submit immediately transfers the application information to the health plan instance of the MarketProminence system for processing.

Enrollment Portal

The Enrollment Portal is useful for remote or onsite health plan staff who enter benefit enrollment applications and need access to an applicant’s history. This option allows users to access a simple-to-use online enrollment form with real-time connection to the MarketProminence platform. This allows users to check the status of past or pending applications and replicate applicant data as needed to expedite form completion. Coaching scripts to guide the staff member as they complete enrollment applications is also offered with this option. Direct access to the MarketProminence platform is required.

Beneficiary Portal

The Beneficiary Portal is useful for prospective plan members to apply for benefits online. This portal option offers an easy-to-use web-based application that is seamlessly built into a plan’s website. Prospective members can apply, save, and print their enrollment form, and visit the site to check on the status of their application. Once completed, clicking submit immediately transfers the application information to the health plan instance of the MarketProminence system for processing.
